French Recipe Round-Up
/ Kelly PageAfter living in Paris for nearly two years, I try to keep a little French cuisine alive in my Los Angeles kitchen. Here's a compilation of some of my favorite French recipes I've created over the last year or two. Pour yourself a glass, of rosé, bien sûr, and dig into one of these French inspired delicacies. Love or hate the French, they've contributed to some of the great cuisine and techniques we have in the kitchen today.

Oh how I miss the amazing French pâté that was served and sold everywhere in Paris. In lieu of boarding a plane, I decided to make my own, meatless version that focuses on wild mushrooms as the main ingredient.
The salade nicoise is a wonderful French staple that pairs so well with a nice cool, Rose. It's naturally gluten free, dairy free and can be paleo as well.
The quintessential French dish of escargot gets an even more decadent spin when you add an herbed butter and place it in a grilled mushroom cap.
The word ravioli is taken to a new level with this crab avocado combination sans pasta.
