I’m passionate about helping women feel lighter in their minds and bodies. I want everyone to go through life full of unlimited energy, balance, and joy!

I worked in corporate America just long enough to wreck my adrenals, thyroid, digestion, and hormones, not to mention my joie de vivre. So when I was offered a big promotion I had been gunning for, I paused, and then turned it down, and quit on the spot. Afterward, I moved to Paris and began the journey back to balanced, healthy living.

In Paris and back home in the U.S., I learned how food and thoughts can cause inflammation and imbalance in the body. I learned how all ingredients are not created equal.

I learned that what you eat, and especially what you think, can have a huge impact on your mind and body, and most definitely your energy and your waistline.

Now as a Certified Transformational Health and Life Coach, I enjoy helping people Ignite their energy, reduce anxiety, sleep through the night, and balance their bodies.

Not feeling well can range from dietary issues and unwanted weight to stagnation in careers and relationships. As we age, many of us aren’t satisfied with where we are because we’ve stopped making time to reflect, engage in social activities, or even prepare a nutritious home cooked meal.

With my personal coaching clients and here on Tasting Page, I give you a heavy dose of healthy food that’s designed to nourish and energize your system. The recipes are all gluten free, dairy free, and free from refined sugar, with vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and Whole30 options.

I've eliminated the ingredients that cause inflammation, and replaced them with ones that give the body a big boost of energy. I eat organic, pasture-raised meat and fish, always ensuring proper sourcing where animals are living in natural, humane conditions, eating what they were born to eat.

I don’t believe there is one “perfect diet” (though you can read about the 5 essentials for healthy eating that most can agree on here). Our bodies are all different and everyone processes food differently. While I primarily eat a Paleo diet right now (here’s why I went Paleo), what works for me, may not work for you. The key is to be able to get quiet and listen to your body to understand what makes it feel good and what depletes it.

On Tasting Page, you’ll also find inspirational information to help you live your life a little easier and with more happiness. That includes everything from morning practices for a balanced and healthy day to tips for better sleep.

I also love traveling the world and immersing myself in other cities and cultures to gain a fresh perspective and understanding of different points of view.

I’m a Certified Nutrition and Life Coach as well as a Meditation and Yoga Teacher. Throw in a culinary school program and all that just means that I believe in a whole mind and body approach to overall health.

I’ve been studying yoga, spirituality, human behavior, and holistic healing practices all over the world for more than 25 years.
