Mindset
One of the cornerstones of my healthy living philosophy is having the right mindset. We have somewhere between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day. Of those thoughts 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive. Crazy, right?
Considering thoughts often lead to your actions and emotional state, you want to make sure you’re feeding yourself the best thoughts. Here are some articles to keep your mindset in a positive place so you can live a life you love.
Diet
What you feed your belly, nourishes your entire body. It’s the fuel that drives your engine. Food influences your mood, energy, and overall health and wellbeing. It’s the gas in your vehicle that makes you go, so of course you want to put the best possible gas in for optimal performance. Here are some good healthy eating principles to follow to keep you firing on all cylinders.
Body
Now that you’ve learned to take care of what goes into your brain and body, have a look at all of the other ways that you can nourish yourself.
Midlife
There are many changes that go through the body as you get older but that doesn’t mean your health needs to decline. Here are some ways to stay healthy and fit as you age.
Support
Making any of these healthy living choices can be difficult. I know how hard it can be to make change. It can be difficult to get the support you need from family and friends to get yourself to a new place. It can be difficult to stop sabotaging your efforts. It can be difficult to leave behind your old ways. They’re called habits for a reason!
